1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping 1-3 business days
2. PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Some items such as the products with embroidery, youth apparel and the Columbia Tackle Hoodie may take up to two weeks to fulfill. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
4. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

5. DAMAGED ORDERS
Keuka Clothing Co is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
